We want to ensure that your loan servicer is reporting your final information accurately to the Dept of Education.
Please follow the instructions below to download an updated confirmation of your NSLDS and review your current status.
For you to download the file, you must know your own login information.

Go to studentaid.gov

Log in your FSA Account (Note: Do not try to log in 3 times, or your account will be locked. You might want to click on "forgot password" to reset your password)

Make sure to flip your phone horizontally. Without your screen flipping, you will not be able to see the next button

On the top-right-hand corner, you will see a link that says ‘VIEW DETAILS’. Click on it.

On the top-right-hand-corner again, you will see another link that says, ‘DOWNLOAD MY AID DATA'. Click on it.

Once it downloads, you want to make sure you click ‘OPEN'

Now, once it opens, click on ‘SHARE’… the share button is usually in the top right-hand corner and either looks like a box with an arrow or a ‘V’ with 3 dots, depending on your phone.”

Choose ‘EMAIL’ to share the document

Place your first and last name on the subject line.

Upload your .txt file to your Client Portal
